SHIPPING POLICY

• We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, guaranteed.
• Most Purchases will ship via USPS or FedEx. An email will be sent informing you of your shipping method and tracking information when the item has been shipped. Orders are shipped directly to your PayPal registered address.
• Standard delivery time for most shipments is estimated at 2-7 business days. Please note that shipments to remote or rural locations may require additional time for delivery as determined by the carrier.
• Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
• We only ship within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska / Hawaii, US Protectorates, and P.O. Boxes).
• Please make sure the ship-to address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Shipping fees for any undeliverable packages as well as re-shipment charges will be charged to the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

• Our return policy is 30 days money back guarantee from the date of shipment.
• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• An RMA number is required for all returns. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.

·         You may return the item provided it is new, unused and in its original packaging. Items not returned in new, unused condition may be subject to an additional restocking fee.

·         Any item that is defective or damaged during transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the order. This enables us to process the appropriate freight claim and issue you either a replacement or refund.

·         The return item must be in original or secure packaging to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

• We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
